What is a PRFAQ?
A PRFAQ is a one-to-two-page document that combines a future press release with an FAQ. Amazon popularized the format as the kickoff artifact for new products — write the announcement first, then work backwards to the work. If you can't write a clear press release, the product idea isn't ready.
